Justice Owen lias presented the final report- of tlie Land Scandals Commission. It discloses no new features, but considers that after the. lurid light tli? Commission threw upon the acts of certain land agents and the way their applications were dealt with, no practical good would result .from prolonging the Commission, which had lasted a little over two years.
