CLAIM FOR £IO,OOO. United Press Association — Per Electric Telegraph—Copvright. LONDON, May 5. Mr Justice Grantham gave judgment for the executors of the late Mr Pcnny against Bishop Nevill, of Dunedin, for the recovery of £IO,CCO under a bond signed in iB6O on his marriage. Judgment was suspended to give the Bishop time to pay.
Per Press Association. DUNEDIN, May 6. Regarding the cable message with reference to the Primate, his Lordship states that it is his intention to appeal. He declines to give any explanation regarding th-j grounds of the action.
