The sum of £8164 was put through, the machine, against £4131 on the concluding day last year, making £16,833 for the meeting, compared with £7417 in 1906, an increase of £9416. Results : Maiden Hurdles.— Landlock 1, Hardships 2; dividend £2 ss. Flying Handicap—Celerity 1, Mighty Atom 2; dividends. £4 5» and £2 19s. Pony Handicap.—Waihou 1, Octoroon 2; dividends. £3 5s and £1 13s. Autumn Handicap!— Rosa 1, Tearoha 2; dividends, £2 19s and £5 ICe. Nursery Handicap. Haldane 1, Quadroon 2; dividends on Haldane and .Port Light who were bracketed £2 14s, on Quadroon £1 16s. Steeplechase—Loch Eyne 1, Kanaka 2; dividends; £1 12s and £3 4s. Mount Roskill Handiom—Tnglis 1, Cast Adrift 2: dividends, £5 16s and £1 17s. Waitakerci Handicap.—Tearoha 1, Uhlander 2; dividends, £5 18s and £3 16r.
