The s.s. Corinna arrived from Wellington direct last evening and landed a fewtons of general cargo and sailed immediately for the south. The s.s. Wanaka completed loading her produce late last night and left for" Napier, Gisborne, and Auckland, via Picton. She took 600 tons in all. The s.s. Toroa (New Zealand Flour AMlers' Co-operative Association, Limited, agents) should arrive from Oamaru to-day on her way to Napier. She will commence working to-morrow morning when she takes in produce. Owing to the general holiday on tie wharves to-dav, the s.s. Poherua, which is at present in Dunedin, will not come on her timetable call, but will reach here to-morrow morning. She snips produce and sails to-morrow night for ■Wellington direct. . s News has been received at Whangarei that a quantity of wreckage almost certainly part of the Huddart-Paxker steamer Elineamite, wrecked about four years ago, lasbeen washed ashore near ParengaTonea. Included hi the wreckage were a bundle of oars lashed together, and a large portion of decking fastened by iron bands. .•■.-_■
