At the meeting of the Anglican Diocesan Synod nftcr discussion it was resolved that in order to ehcourago theological study and research, the Board of Theological Students be reconstituted w a faculty wl theology, and be empowered by the general Synod to conduct examinations in theology and to confer upon persons duly qualified the degrees of bachelor, master and doctor in theology.
