During a perrormance at Madison Square Garden Theatre, Harry Sha-rr, a Pittsburg millionaire, and brother of the Countess of Yarmouth, shot Mr Stanford White, a famous millionaire and New York architect thrice, killing him. Shaw then calmly rejoined his.wife, remarking, "He ruined you;, now I have fixed .him." His wife was formerly Miss Evelyn Nesbitt, a beautiful actress. " Shaw was arrested. .
