Justices Edwards - and ' Goc-per sat in _ Banco this morning to hear Victor Braun<L in respect of a motion'-for an order' dfe-*, missing the application' for •an order sos-' pending the order of Mr Justice Williams for the destruction of • books an<l papers of the Colonial Bank. * Mr- Braund- appeared in persjon, and r said the action he was commencing' was for I fraudulent misrepresentation. i_ Mr Justice Edwardgi said that Braund claimed to" intervene in the liqufdation, yet in none of the papers he had filed was it shown : that he wasi 'either' a sharehftldter or a contributory or a creditor. r Mr Braund replied that he was attorney for an actual holder of shares. <i Mr. Justice Edwards said it was a question of jurisdiction. Mr Justice Cooper said that' ißra'und' was not a shareholder, and it was a pity he did not take advice &nd get the - aid .of a solicitor. Their Honours reserved judgment ■ till Wednesj -day. "''
