The financial part of his practice was controlled by his managing clerk, and he wa* not aware of his involved position till last yeiir, when he executed an assignment lor the benefit of his creditor!!. After some discussion, dating which it wa* stated that a public examination would be applied for, the meeting adjourned till Apiil 2nd.
