QUELLING A RISING. United Press Association—Per Electric Telegraph—Copvright. SYDNEY. Januavv 3. News from the Islands states that- tho German Government yacht has taken a contingent of native constabulary from New Britain to West Africa, to assist to quell the rising there. A twelve months' drought in the Solomon Islands has broken up.
