Of eleven issues to decide they failed to agree on the majority, including the issue whether respondent and co-respondent committed adultery, but they found that the petitioner hud eomomiitted adultery • with Catherine Cowell in England and-France:." Mr Justice Walker said the result was regrettable, but could not be helped. Counsel for respondent formally moved for a decree nisi and costs of the suit. Ihe Ju-ige noted the application and discharged tie jury. [The co-respondent is the petitioner's brother.]
