THE MEIKLE CASE.
Per Press Association. WELLINGTON, November 27. The Cabinet this afternoon considered the case of Mr J. J. Mejkle. It was decided that the Commission io enquire into- it should consist, if possible, of two Supreme Court. Judges, and if not of one Judge at least. The absence on leave of Mr Justice Williams has caused some difficulty in setting up the Commission.
