THE following NOTICES OF MOTION have been received," to be considered at the ADJOURNED GENERAL MEETING of Shareholders, - to be held on SATURDAY, 7th October, 1905: Mr M. J. Corrigan, Morren, -will move—"That the existing method of electing directors be rescinded, and that the following be substituted, viz., that candidates be nominated twenty-one days . before the date of election; that the names of each candidate * be 6ent on a printed form to each member of the Association, with instructions to strike out the names of the Candidates that hei does not front to be returned, the votes to be opened and counted at the next Annual Meeting of the Association."
