Mails for Samoa, Hawaii, Japan and Philippines, United States, Canada, United Kingdom and Continent of Eurc-pe (via San Francisco). Registered letters,' moneyorders, books and newspapers close at 11.15 a.m., ordinary letters at 12.15 a.m., late fee at C.P.O. until 12.50 p.m., and at mail van until 1.34 p.m. Due in London on November 4th.
