Riders, were added to the effect that the by-laws relating to vehicle traffic should be enforced on trains; that .the motormen should pass an examination other than by .the company's officers; that someone should be appointed by the Council to. see that the speed will not endanger the lives of the public; that a Royal Commission be set up to enquire into the entire working of the tramway system.
