THE FATE OF A BLOCKADE RUNNER. BLOWN UP BY A MINE. ONE MAN SAVED. •Received 10.54 p.m., September 16th. LONDON, September 16. A small British sailing vessel named the Lucia struck a mine off Port Arthur, and •only one member of the crew was saved. It is supposed that she was a blockade runner.
