The Recission of Article 118 of the Articles of Association, and the substitution therefor by special Resolution of the Article of which notice is subjoined. NOTICE is hereby given that at the Annual General Meeting of Members of the above Association, to be held in the ASSEMBLY ROOMS, Timaru, on SATURDAY, the 17th day of September, 1904, at the hour of one o'clock in the afternoon, the following Resolution will be moved, that is to sayThat Article 118 of the Articles of Association be rescinded, and the following substituted therefor. Once in every year the Accounts of the Association shall be examined and the correctness of the Balance Sheet thereof shall be ascertained by Two Auditors, who shall be appointed by the Association by Resolution passed by ballot at each Annual General Meeting, and snail continue to hold office until the next Annual General Meeting, but who shalLbe eligible for re-election, from year to year, as long as the Association may decide.
