Trouble has occurred in a number of city hotels over the Arbitration Court's award in the case of cooks and kitchenmen. In several hotels there have been wholesale discharges of kitchenmon. Employers state that they have taken action owing to the 'high-handed procedure of the employees since the award. Residents in hotels are considerably inconvenienced.
