OUTBREAK AT SYDNEY. United Press Association —Per Electric Telegraph—Copyright. Received 10.27 p.m., January 17th. SYDNEY, January 17. The Health authorities to-night reported that a man named Vandy, who had been removed to the coast hospital on the 14th, was suffering from plague. It is a severe case, but the patient is improving. The matter was" kept quiet till the case' was fully diagnosed. The man resided at Haymarket, in the vicinity of where the .last two patients were supposed to have caught infection.
