There was a large attendance, and the bidding was spirited.'• Draught horses sold at £22, £25, N £27, £27 10s, £2B, £3O, £35, £39 to £45:light horses, £B, £ll 10s, to £l6 ss; coirs in profit, from £2 15s to £7; springers, £4 5s to £5 7s 6d; yearlings, 30s. Pigs. —A line of 27 of mixed ages made 255. There was a large assortment of implements, drays, waggons, etc., which were a particularly good lot, and sold up to and in many cases above usual sales' rates. SATURDAY'S SALES! All young, sound farm horses were easily sold at satisfactory prices. On account of Mr Peter Davidson we sold 11 Clydesdale colts and fillies, unbroken, at the following prices— Two-year-olds, £24, £25. £29, £3O, £35 to £42: yearlings, £l6, £lB, to £26. Account of Mr A. C. Thompson, Albury Park, we sold 12 Clydesdale mares and geldings,' bred on the Taieri, mostly \m broken, at the following quotations— Clvdesdale mare, five-year-old, £57; two ! vear-old colts and fillies, £3l, £33 If.s. £34, £34- 10s to £35; yearlings, £l6 3Op to £l9.
