SATURDAY'S SALES. The Farmers* Exchange Company report on. their last Saturday's sale as follows : Full grown roosters 3s 3d to 4s, half-grown and small 2s 9d to 3s, hens 2s to 2s 6d, ducks, a regular drug, 2s 3d to 3s per pair, Turkey gobblers 5s 9d to 7s each. Potatoes 4s 6d to ss, barley ss, whole fowlwheat 7s 6d, broken 6s 6d, oats 6s to 6s 6d, turnips 2s 6dper sack, all sacks in. Butter 10id, Eggs lOd to lid, cheese loaf 6£d, large 6d, tea 5s 6d to 7s per 51b tins. All classes of furniture realised fair market .values.

On account of Mr T. Carter we offered two of land, at Gleniti, together ■with improvements, which started at £6O and in £5 bids ran up to £120", at whish price the property was passed in, the own era* reserve being a little more. The competition was keen for all young farm horses, aged and stale stock as usual, being hard to selL We quote prices realised during the sale as. under:—Draughts, voung with trials, £27 10s, £37, £37 10s, £4O, £45, to £47 10s; ditto., light and aged, £lO, £ls to £18; light harness horses, £lO, £ls to £2O. One . particularly good four-year-old mare, on account of Messrs J. and R. Mathews, Pleasant Point, sold at £26. iiacknejs, SH, £B, to £lO. Harness and sold well.
