CLEARING SALE.

The Canterbury Fanners' Cuoperativ Association, Limited (per Mr J. MundeL auctioneer), report, that they held a clearing sale m the estate of the lat« Mr T. P. Wood ing, at Woodland Grange, on Thursda last. There was a large attendance o buyers from all parts of the district, an the result of the sale was most satisfactor to the vendors, as the following quotation will show: — Half-bred ewes with lambs a foot, all counted, 12s; three-quarter-bra hoggets, 17s Id; cows, £5 to £6 10s draught horses, £28, £31 to £37 draught mares with foals at foot, £31 ti £32 6s. Implements and sundries al cleared at high prices.
