THE CONCILIATION BOARD. Per Press Association. WELLINGTON, May 28. The dispute brought before the Con« dilation Board by the Wharf Labourers' Union against the employers closed today. Again no representatives of the employers were present. The chairman announced that he would make known the award as early aa possible.
