1 United Press Association— By Electric Telegraph— Copyright. Received April 16th, 9.30 a.m. Paris, April 15. When M. Loubet's steamer reached Alexander 111. bridge, there was a great French and Russian demonstration. The Russian and British Ambassadors afterwards together escorted M. Loubet through the various sections. The majority of the visitors to the Exhibition are British.
