United Press By Electrlo Telegraph —Copyright. Received April 16th, 0.21 a.m. |Pabis, April 15. The President, M. Loubet, opened the Paris Exhibition. There was brilliant sunshine, and an animated ceremony, M. Loubet declared that the concord of nations was an increasing sign of the underlying principle of manifold organised social efforts for the common good, and this Exhibition's distinguishing characteristic was to illustrate them. He took a steamer and viewed the All Nations fagades. Russian blue jackets, British firemen, and American soldiers were conspicuous m j saluting and cheering the President.
