LOCAL OPTION POLLING.
DUNEDIN, December 8. A complete rc3ult of the local option poll m the Olutha electorate is uot known yet, two small returns not having come to hand. The figures so far are : 1369—1883—2111. So far as can be judged nothing was carried. Bruce did not carry reduction, none of the proposals submitted having the majority necessary to give them effect.
