I " That the Nominal Capital of the Association be Increased beyond the registered capital of £50,000, by the addition thereto of the sum of £25,000 divided into 5000 shares of £5 each, such shares to be under the control of the Directors who may, notwithstanding anything to the contrary contained m Article 40 of the Articles of Association, allot or otherwise dispose of the same to such persons, on such terms and conditions, and at such times as they think fit."
