London, June 13. The late Mr James Orr, of Glasgow, bequeathed £93,000 to charities. ttoceived June 15th, 12.40 a.m. HEAVY SALVAGE. Jane 14. The P. and O. Company paid the salvors of the steamer China £57,000. ANTARCTIC EXPLORATION. It is understood that the Treasury is reconsidering the advisableneas of granting a liberal subsidy to Antarctic exploration. Probably two vessels will Btart on the work m 1901.
