'• The British Australasian Trust and Loan Company have declared a dividend of 5 per cent, for the year. The Freehold Trust Company of Australia have declared a 5 per cent, dividend for the year. Owing to the reduction of the rates of interest and the inability to make profitable investments, the directors recommended the immediate winding-up of the company's affairs. Tallow. — Prices of all kinds are unchanged. The American visible supply of wheat is 29,463,000 bushels.
