7 Per Press Association, t c DUNEDIN, January 10. y The Primitive Methodist Conference resumed this morning. The Rev. G. b H. Mann, fourth year's probationer, 8 preached his trial sermon. The report p , of the Building and Chapel Committee r Bhowed that the income for the year was £2694 ; the expenditure, £2863 ; the value of church property, £34,561 ; the 3 debt on property, £6634; the number of s churches, 53 ; other preaching places, B 72 ; and that sittings were provided for 13,802 hearers. The mission report r showed that there were seven mission i stations and that all were succeeding. t The money raised exclusive of grants , was £878 15s 7d. A number of applica--3 tions for the ministry from minister?, " and home missionaries of other churches ) were declined. The circuit incomes for ? the year were £4700. In the evening a I soiree and public meeting were held.
