(By Telbgbaph.) HOKITIKA, March 27. The Westland Racing Club's postponed meeting was continued to-day, the four remaining races on the first day's programme being disposed of. There waa Bplendid weather but the course was still heavy from recent rains. Only about 1000 persons were present. The resultswere as follows :— Hokitika Autumn Gn?T, Of £100 ; 1_ mile. . ! Hack Race, of £30 ; 1 mile. Silver Rose ... ..: ... 1 Review ... ..; , ... 2 Surrey was first past the post but was disqualified for crossing. Time— lmin 49 l-sth sec. . Dividend— £l lss. CHRISTCHURCH. March 27. ; Musketry, Bat 12lbs, should be amongst the acceptors for the Great Easter Handicap. Missfire 6st lOlbs, should be m the acceptances for the Great Autumn Handicap, not m the Easter Handicap.
