John Roberts was' charged with neglecting to provide his wife and three children with adequate means of maintenance.—By consent of defendant an order was made for 7s a week. i B. WiWiams v. George Loper, claim 10-, for damages caused by a cow trespassing m plaintiff's garden. Defendant admitted the damage. Judgment was given for the amount with 5s costs. VV. McLeod v. E. John Marshall, claim £4 7s 2d. for meat supplied. Judgment was given for £3 7a 2d, and costs of Court 17s, solicitor's fee ss. • Mr Clement appeared for plaintiff, and Mr Hamilton for the defendant. John O'Connbr v. E. J. Marshall, claim £2 12s 6d, for chaff cutting done. Judgment was given for £1 9s 6d, costs of Court ss. Mr Clement appeared- for the plaintiff, and Mr Hamilton for the defendant. I Patrick Reid y. John . Costello, claim £4 17s 6d for price of a cart. Defendant tiled a counter claim for £4 5s for work done.— After, hearing .evidence judgment was given for plaintiff for £1 and 10s Court costs and 20s witnesses expenses. Joseph^ Williamsv. Mary Young, claim £2 Is, pound fees on a horse owned by defendant. Judgment was given for defendant, costs of Court 6s, and witnesses' expenses £1 16 b. Mr Hamilton appeared for the plaintiff.
