George Loper, claim 10-, for damages caused by a cow trespassing m plaintiff's garden. Defendant admitted the damage. Judgment was given for the amount with 5s costs. VV. McLeod v. E. John Marshall, claim £4 7s 2d. for meat supplied. Judgment was given for £3 7a 2d, and costs of Court 17s, solicitor's fee ss. • Mr Clement appeared for plaintiff, and Mr Hamilton for the defendant. John O'Connbr v. E. J. Marshall, claim £2 12s 6d, for chaff cutting done. Judgment was given for £1 9s 6d, costs of Court ss.
