The flagstaff of Timaru is situated m East longitude 171deg 17.20min; and South latitude 44deg 23min. ARRIVED. Sept. 10—Kathleen Hilda, barque, McKenzie, from Newcastle. SAILED. afii. IN HARBOUR. Barques—Opawa and Kathleen Hilda. Schooners—Gisborneand Lizzie Ellen. EXPECTED ARRFVALB. Herald, s.s., to-day. Pukaki, s.s., next week. Nelson, from London (left June 15th). The schooner Lizzie Ellen came to the main wharf yesterday to discharge her cargo of timber. The barque Kathleen Hilda, 14 days out from Newcastle, hove m sight to the southward yesterday afternoon, and the Timaru steamed out between 3 and 4 o'clock to pick her up. She has 806 tons of coal consigned to My C. W. Turner, on account of the Canterbury Farmers' Co-operative Association. On being towed m last evening she lay-to at the outer buoy.
