CHRISTOHUROH. August 7,
An elderly woman, named Mrs Sliorman, died suddenly yesterday at a boarding house m Durham street, where she only went the previous afternoon. Very little interest was taken m Arbor Day. The Mayor and ex-mayors planted trees m Market Square, and some of the City school children proceeded to Brighton to plant trees.
