♦ (By Telegraph.) CHRISTOHURCH. July 15. Lake Ellesmere has been freely running put to sea during the last two days. As the weather is calm there is every prospect of the level being much reduced and relief afforded the unfortunate Lake Flat Settlers, whose land has been under water for some time.
