Board, who prescribed a half-ounce injeo' tion of tobacco for wormr, whioh oaueed the death of a boy named McOnllough, and wm found guilty of manslaughter, was sentenoed to six months' imprisonment, and ordered to pay the cost of the prosecution* The Judge declined to admit ovidene* regarding the successful treatment of other caws, remarking that he would not advertise a prisoner. H« added that a man has ooly to pretend enough to get others to believe in him. It was also mentioned that prisoner had practised in other ootooies, but not having direbt evidence the Judge woqld not potic* suoh faot in passing eentenee. The Cogrg was paoked.
