The weather was beautiful, The following was the principal event : — . 'JpBEE Mile Cboss«oountb7 Stbbplb* > OH&BE. , 0. Mdes, 160jds „ 1 ' D. Page, 160 yds 2 I. d. Harker, 226 yds 3 | S. 0. Dunlop, 326 yds, was the only other competitor who finished. The race was a splendid one. Bides won by 3yds, with inches only between seoond and third. Time — 20min 6 3 6th tec.
