The English wheat market is weak, without quotable change. The Continental is steady, and the Amerioan inactive. The cargo by the Lencadia from Lyttelton sold at 275, and a Victorian cargo sold at 28s 6d. Tallow is unchanged. Antimony, £38 10s. (Special to Phess Association.) (Received 11.10 a.m., August 14th.) Vienna, August 13. Austria is m hopes of bringing about an amicable settlement of the commercial dispute, and has offered Russia the "most favoured nation " clause.
