(By .Telsgbaph.) WELLINGTON, Juno SO. A deputation consisting of MrPinkerton, Mr Taylor, Mr McLean, Mr Bees. Mr Swan, Mr J. Mills.'J and Mr Willis waited on the Premier and Mr Beeves this evening m reference to the alleged scan dais m oonneotion with the Wanganui Hospital. Mr Willis aiked for an immediate and impartial enquiry into the whole matter. The other members of tbe . deputation had satisfied themselves of tbe necessity for one, and attended as representing various parts of the colony to support the application. Mr Beeves replied that be would immediately request Dr McGregor to report, and if such a report was not entirely satisfactory he would at once order an enquiry before Judge Kettle.
