Court to-day during the progress of the Panama trial by M. Baihant, ex-Minister of Public Works, admitting his guilt. Ho expressed his repentance, and asked pardon of the country. (Reoeived 1.30 a.m., March 11th.) March 10. Sans Leroy declared that the 200,000 francs which he is alleged to hare received from Artonwere really his wife'a I dowry. The other accused, except Baihant, denied or explained their receipt of money.
