Subject to necessary alterations mails will close as under :— For Sydney, per Taieri, on Friday, 30th inst., at 2.30 p.m. For Northern Ports of New Zealand and Sydney, per Talune, on Friday, the 30th inst., at 4.30 p.m. For Chatham Islands, per Kahu, on Friday, 30th inst., at 4.30 p.m. i'or Wellington, Pioton, and Nolson, per Penguin, on Saturday. 31at inst., at 4.30 p.m. Mails for South Sea Islands will leave Auckland on the 14th proximo per s.s. Rich mond.
