STRANGE FATALITY.

(By Tklesraph.) DDNBDIN, Deo. 28. An extraordinary fatality occurred at South Dunedin to-day. A number of boys wero engaged flying a kits when a lad of 12, named Fiddis, son of a painter, trod on tbe kite of another boy named Foegarty, aged about 13. Foggarty struok him a blow knocking him down. Fiddis died very shortly afterwards- Foggarly has beon orrostort. It appears that Fiddis and Foggarty exchanged two or three blows. Fiddis was knocked down, but got up oaij to again go down, falling on his face. He cpver recovered consciousness. Foggarty has been released i An bail. •
