At the inquest on Constable Sinnot, who was killed by the dynamite explosion I m the deteotive office m Dublin, an open verdict was returned. The Nationalists condemn the outrage, fearing that it will supply many followers of Mr Gladstone with an excuse for deserting the Home Rule cause. The outrage is attributed to the extreme dynamite section. The precautions which were taken some time ago for the protection of public buildings m London hpvebeenresumed, the authorities having received a warning that attempts, would be made to wreck them. (Special to Press Association.) (Roooived 1 a.m., Dee. 29th.) London, Dec. 27. Meetings which have been held hroughout Ireland have carried resoluiona denouncing the dynamite outrage. Mr Giadetone's official residence is urrounded by police.
