His Worship told defendant he was liable under the second information to be ordered to pay bo much a week, undor security, or to go to gaol. He would adjourn the whole matter until Wednesday to allow him to make some arrangements for the care of the children nhioh would be satisfactory to the court. Defendant said he could not get a reply from D'anedin by that timo.
