The people of Hamburg are indignant at the refusal of the Lord Mayor of London to open a fund for the relief of those Buffering from tho cholera plague. (Itecoivod 7.30 p.m., Sept. 20tii.) New Yobk, Sept. 19. The Local Board of Health has ordered (he Sheriff to remove all quarantined passengers from Fire Island and prevent further landings. The Governor of New York, however, has wired to the captain of the troops on the island to defend the quarantine ground at all hazards. London, Sept. 19. The steamer Urunas has arrived at Hull from Hamburg with one seaman suffering from cholera.
