Those present f- were Messrs H, A. Bridge (Dunedin), J. A. r Frostiok (Ohristchuroh), W. Staplea and B. k Hannah (Wellington) representing employers; and Messrs A. H. iloKellond (Obristohurch), B. Ferguson and W. Oaborne (Dunedin), and • H. MoOialey (Napier), delegates for c employees ; Mr B. M. Simpion, of Wellingd ton, as a disinterested person, agreed to take the chair.
