Tho S.s. Wareateawas expooted to arrive during tho night from Greyraouth, with 475 tons of coal for Mr Jackson. Sho goes back to Wostport after discharging. The steamer Brnnner is due from Wostport this morning, with 250 tons of coal for the ship Mataura. She goes south after delivering the coal. The N.Z. Shipping Company aro m receipt of cable advice from London as follows :— Turakina sailed lor Wellington on' llth August j Wairoa sailed for Bluff and Lytteltonon 6th August ; s.s.Klderslie aiilod for Otago and Canterbury and is duo on 19th October : Bimutaka (Captain Greenstreet) sniled from Plymoutb'on 21at Anguat, for Port Chalmers and Wellington j Ruapohu (Captain Fiiid'loy) loads for Wcllin«ton and Canterbnry; Tekoa (12th mat) loading for Otago, Canterbury, and Wollington; Waipa loading for Otago. She met very had heavy weather and had to lie-to for three days. On Angust 28th sho shipped a very big sea, which washed the starboard lifeboat from the uhooka and the amidships gangway overboard, and smashed the lifeboat fjunwale. She (roes I to Wellington and then proceeds to Australia to load frozen mutton for London.
