(Received 11 a.m., Oot. 13th.) London, Oot. 12. It is proposed to erect a monument in Dublin to Mr Parnell. The Tories intend to contest the seat rendered vacant by Mr Parnell's death. Mr Parnell's coffin was surmounted by an Irish harp and a wreatb, inscribed " Eyo for eye, tooth for tooth." Captain Athea's daughters sent wreaths. Opposite Parliament Hoiiho tho procession halted and all uncovered, hia former colleagues gathering round the hearse. It was described as the moet impressive scene wituessed in Dublin since O'Connell's funeral. The Daily Neivs considers that Mr Parnell's death will in the long rua have a uniting influence ou the party. Washington, Oct. 12. The Irish societies in New York are not prepared to accept a proposal to seek revenge on the seceders from Mr Parnell.
