BILL TIinOIVN OUT. Mr Pharazyn moved that the Truck Bill (which hud passed tho Lower House) be committed that day throe mouths, which, after a debate, was agreed to by 12 to 10. THE BDHEP BILL. The Sheep Bill wits passed through committee, three now clau«es referring to tattoo and oar marks beiug inserted. The Council roao nt 4.15 p.m.
