Archer, C.M.G., in the distribution of birthday honours, and ascribes it to tho action of Queensland (which colony he ropreaonfa as AgentGeneral) in refusing to accept Sir H. Blake as Governor. MR GRACE ON CRICKET. Mr W. G.
