William Warden U.mcb ha 3 been aentenced to death for tho murder of William Trivithick, an elderly man employed by the United Devonshire Gold Mining Company at Eaglehawk, Sandhurst, on tho night of the 3rd December. "Deceased was night watchman at the time, awl Couch murdered him m order to steal plates from tho quartz crushing batteries. (Kecoivod 8 p.m., April 21th.) SILVER SHARES. Sydney, April 24.
